We are 20 minutes from the West Somerset coast and one hour from the South Dorset / Devon coastline.

Services normally operate over the 20.5 miles between Minehead and Bishops Lydeard.
We have dogs which live in our yard at Zinch cottage so regretfully we don't allow pets to stay in The Old Wagon Barn.
We are unable to accommodate children and there is an absolute no smoking ban inside the property.
From 1st April to 30th September we have a minimum stay of 3 nights. For the rest of the year the minimum stay is 2 nights
